What's for you to learn?

• Hands-on experience in branding, marketing campaigns, and PR events.
• How to manage real customer interactions and uphold a premium brand voice.
• End-to-end execution of brand activations, from ideation to launch.
• Building relationships with media, influencers, and partners.
• Practical exposure to market research, competitor analysis, and campaign reporting.

What you'll be doing?

• Assist in creating, organizing, and updating brand materials (brochures, catalogues, presentation decks, press kits, digital content etc.)
• Support the planning and execution of brand activations, marketing campaigns, and media events from brainstorming ideas to seeing them come to life.
• Help craft and proofread engaging content for social media, POSM, email newsletters, and other communication channels.
• Monitor social media and media coverage, track campaign performance, and share key insights with the team.
• Assist the team in managing inquiries received via email, phone, and social media, ensuring all communication is prepared in a warm, professional, and brand consistent manner
• Assist in coordinating customer appointments, showroom visits, and follow-up communications.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to help us continuously improve.
• Build and maintain our partner, media and celebrities/influencer contact lists.
• Research market trends, competitors, and industry news to inspire fresh branding ideas.
• Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks that keep projects running smoothly.

Job Requirements

You're welcome to apply if you have these qualities:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or other related fields such as Business, Advertising, Branding, Media Studies, Hospitality, Event Management, or Creative Arts.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for branding, marketing, PR, and customer engagement.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Internship duration: Minimum 3 months or more, available to start on Sep 2025 is highly preferred
• Work Location: Kota Damansara, Selangor
