<li>Analyze historical sales, market trends, promotions, and seasonality to forecast product demand, then translating demand forecasts into supply and replenishment plans.</li>
<li>Inventory planning to maintain optimal inventory levels across all sales channels while minimising stock wastage.</li>
<li>Align inventory plans with promotional calendars and customer requirements.</li>
<li>Provide sales and inventory reports, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.</li>
<li>Manage inventory during new product launches, reformulations, and discontinuations.</li>
<li>Execute run-out plans for delisted or seasonal products to minimize write-offs.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency.</li>
<li>Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.</li>
</ol>
