Job Description

• In charge of planning customer demand and timely releasing work orders for production;
• Tasked with overseeing schedules across all work centers to ensure timely completion of production tasks;
• Participate in daily Customer Focus Meetings to provide updates on risks and opportunities;
• Join daily Production Meetings to address scheduling risks related to quality or capacity limitations;
• Collaborate with production supervisors and staff to resolve and expedite daily scheduling challenges;
• Coordinate with the Program Manager and Engineering team for the implementation of new parts (NPI/ECO);
• Supervise coordination with Purchasing regarding materials and inputs to support the production schedule;
• Monitor customer forecasts and communicate delivery schedules to the Program team;

Job Requirements

• At least a diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 3 years of pertinent work experience in a metal or plastic injection setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
