Job Description

• Collaborate with technical experts, product teams, business development team, internal solution and delivery team, partners, and vendors to translate complex IT concepts into accessible, engaging content for business and technical audiences.
• Develop, write, and edit persuasive and customized proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and capability statements.
• Ensure proposals are aligned with branding, tone, and messaging standards.
• Maintain and update a content library of reusable proposal assets, templates, and boilerplate content.
• Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple proposal simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Support business development efforts with marketing collateral such as case studies, whitepapers, and executive summaries.
• Proofread and fact-check all written materials for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in proposal writing or content development, preferably within the IT, software, or technology industry.
• Proven ability to write compelling and strategic marketing proposals and technical narratives.
• Ability to grasp complex technical topics and simplify them for a non-technical audience.
• Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and how proposals support lead generation and conversion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
