<li>Manage and prioritize support requests to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.</li>
<li>Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including hardware (servers, PC desktops and laptops), software (Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365 and office application) and networking equipment (switches, firewall and WiFi).</li>
<li>Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and support troubleshooting efforts.</li>
<li>Monitor system performance, ensuring timely updates and patches.</li>
<li>Maintain IT documentation, including network configurations, setups, and troubleshooting guides.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for system improvements and recommend upgrades or optimizations.</li>
