The Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging the gap between client needs and technical solutions.

<li>Analyze and understand clients’ business processes to translate their needs into clear user requirements and technical specifications.</li>
<li>Manage the lifecycle of requirements and change requests to ensure alignment with project goals.</li>
<li>Contribute to project planning, execution, progress tracking, and issue escalation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and support to clients on system usage and resolve operational issues promptly.</li>
<li>Conduct end-user training sessions and deliver system demonstrations as needed.</li>
<li>Prepare, maintain, and update operations manuals and training documentation.</li>
<li>Work closely with the technical team to gain a strong understanding of application architecture and system functionalities.</li>
<li>Foster and maintain positive, professional relationships with users.</li>
<li>Plan, coordinate, and execute Integration Testing (IT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li>
<li>Support the business development team with pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical input.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel for on-site client engagements as required.</li>
