 We're Hiring: Interior Designer @ SING SPACE
Location: Taman Ekoperniagaan, Johor Bahru.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver outstanding design solutions within budget and timeline constraints. 

• Develop and present design proposals, mood boards, layout plans, and material selections.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D perspectives, and technical documentation for construction and costing.
• Ensure all designs comply with regulatory guidelines, safety codes, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and build process.
• Source materials, finishes, and furnishings suited for commercial use .
• Effectively oversee design timelines and project outcomes.
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum [1–3] years of experience in interior design or a similar role.
• Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Suite. 
• Strong creativity and visual awareness.
• Excellent communication and client-interfacing skills.
• Good time management and the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of materials, lighting, color theory, and spatial arrangements.
