Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and food quality.
  • Supervise and schedule kitchen and service staff.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Monitor stock, ordering, and cost control to achieve profit targets.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in menu planning and promotion activities with the chef team.
  • Train and motivate team members to maintain high performance and good discipline.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and assist management in achieving operational goals.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager or Supervisor (Chinese Cuisine preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of Chinese menu, kitchen workflow, and banquet service is an advantage.
  • Able to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays. 
  • Good problem-solving skills and hands-on management style. 
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and basic English is preferred.
