• Assist medical professionals during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and smooth operation throughout the process.
• Prepare treatment rooms, set up equipment, and handle related tasks as needed.
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, balancing doctor availability with patient needs to minimize wait times.
• Build strong rapport with patients, understanding their concerns and delivering outstanding service.
• Provide personalized care to foster long-term customer loyalty and retention.
• Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued care.
• Promote regular visits through proactive relationship management.
• Recommend suitable treatment packages and products based on individual patient needs.
• Offer professional advice on skincare, wellness, and other services provided by the clinic.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of patient treatments and progress.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets and clinic performance goals.
• Support the implementation of strategies aimed at increasing patient visits and clinic revenue.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma/degree in beauty, healthcare, or related fields is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in the beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Sales-driven with the ability to recommend and upsell treatments/products.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a passion for aesthetics.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
