<p><strong>About the role</strong><br>As an <strong>Intern, Customer Relations</strong>, reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Relations, you will assist in unit <br>handovers, including Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), personalize project orientation tour, and Handing Over <br>Vacant Possession (HOVP). You will also guide homeowners on using the SkyWorld Connects app and handle <br>their inquiries. Your tasks include preparing handover kits, organizing workspaces, and ensuring smooth <br>communication with homeowners.</p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><br>• To assist on project Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).<br>• Handover units with checklists and project orientation to Purchasers.<br>• Communicate and give clear guidance to purchasers during Handing Over Vacant Possession (HOVP) included conduct project orientation tour.<br>• Handle Homeowners enquiry for HOVP / Solution+.<br>• Conduct SkyWorld Connects app usage briefing.<br>• Well organize work space.<br>• Handover kit preparation for handover Vacant Possession.</p>
