Job Scope:

• Assist in sourcing, order processing, inventory tracking, and stock movement coordination. 

• Support supply planning and vendor communication. 

• Help with data entry and document preparation related to procurement and logistics. 

• Participate in internal stock checks and reporting. 

• Collaborate with the team on optimizing warehouse and delivery operations. 

• Learn basic supply chain software and workflow documentation. 

Job Requirements

• Proactive attitude in keeping up with market trends and industry developments 
• Creative thinking with the ability to contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation 
• Good communication skills in Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively liaise with China-based suppliers 
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
• Basic understanding or interest in supply chain operations is an added advantage
