<li>Assist in sales and marketing operations tasks</li>
<li>To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution.</li>
<li>Follow up documentation and assist immediate superior in any ad-hoc tasks as and when required</li>
