Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our website development and marketing packages.
• Manage and optimize our social media presence across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Create engaging and relevant content, including text, images, and videos, for social media and other digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Assist in developing and managing both our company's and our clients' intellectual property (IP) and brand identities.
• Collaborate with our sales and development teams to ensure a cohesive marketing and sales strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience managing social media accounts and developing content strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing for individual IP or company IP.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including their unique features and algorithms.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Strong design sense, creative and think out of the box.
• A portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Experience in creating media content, including photography and video production.
• Experience in website development by using WordPress, HTML/CSS.
• Experience in a B2B marketing environment, particularly within the technology or creative industries.
