Job Description

User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user flows to understand user needs and goals. Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

UI Design: Create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Develop design systems and style guides to maintain brand consistency.

UX Design: Focus on the overall user experience, ensuring that applications are easy to navigate, efficient to use, and enjoyable. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other marketing team members.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Proficient in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong understanding in mobile responsive web design and mobile apps design.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic understanding is a plus).
• Excellent visual communication and design skills.

Preferred Skills (Advantage):

• Experience with front-end development.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization.
• Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
