Financial Reporting:

Budgeting and Forecasting:

<li>Develop and manage the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts.</li>
<li>Monitor actual performance against budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.</li>

Accounting Operations:
<ul>
<li>Oversee the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.</li>

Compliance and Audits:
