<li>Cost Planning and Estimating: Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. Analyse drawings and specifications to determine project requirements. Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs.</li>
<li>Tender Management: Prepare and issue tender documents, evaluate and compare contractors' tenders and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.</li>
