Job Description
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable retail store environment at all times.
- Remain attentive to customers and provide recommendations when necessary.
- Be knowledgeable about the brand, designers, and services to give accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with constructive and effective solutions.
- Assist with inventory counts and the arrangement of new products, including updates to in-store and window displays.
- Report to the Business Team.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Retail Management, Business, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of retail experience (Senior Retail Assistant: minimum 3 years, preferably in fashion/lifestyle retail).
- Experience in premium or fashion retail is an advantage.
