<h3>Role Description</h3>
<p>This is a hybrid internship role as an Admin and Operation Executive at The Spark Group Asia located in Kota Damansara, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to executive administrative assistance, general administration, communication, and interpersonal skills.</p>

<h3>Job Responsibility</h3>
<ul>
<li>Track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support for company data entry and report generation.</li>
<li>Provide administrative and operations support in training programs &amp; events arrangements.</li>
<li>Prepare training presentations and submit timely reports as assigned.</li>
<li>Liaise with vendors and clients for training arrangements.</li>
<li>Be able to travel locally and regionally to support training programs.</li>
</ul>
