Job Description

  1. Manage recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.                     
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job descriptions and candidate requirements.                     
  3. Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.                                                                  
  4. Identify training needs across the organization by liaising with managers and conducting surveys.                     
  5. Coordinate and organize training programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and employee needs.                     
  6. Conduct internal training sessions or coordinate external trainers to deliver training.                     
  7. Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and post-training evaluations.                      
  8. Prepare monthly reports on recruitment metrics and training effectiveness.                     
  9. Distribute performance appraisal form and compile the results, then issue the letter to the respective staffs.                  

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Human Resources or related field.
     
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
     
  • Proficient in Mandarin is a must, as some documents and communications are in Mandarin.
     
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
     
  • Well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
     
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and administrative procedures is an added advantage.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
