Job Description

We are a growing F&B group in Malaysia, operating:

• SPARQ COFFEE
• Foreign Dessert Brand (coming soon)
  

Key Responsibility
Design static content for Instagram feed & stories for both brands

• Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok)
• Create visuals for promotions, menus, posters, and in-store materials
• Capture real outlet, product, and customer moments
• Support campaigns, launches, and influencer/KOL visits
• Ensure visuals are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in content creation / graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut / similar)
• Comfortable with photography & on-site shooting
• Familiar with Instagram & TikTok content formats
• Able to work fast and manage multiple brands
  
  Good to Have
• Experience in F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands
• Basic motion graphics or animation
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail
  
  Work Style
• Hands-on and execution-focused
• Comfortable working at outlets
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Open to feedback and quick revisions
