What You’ll Do: As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the friendly face of our brand, showing our members “we care” – one of our core values. You'll spread positivity and support our members on their fitness journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

<li>Customer Interaction: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. </li>
<li>Membership Support: Assist members with their needs, from membership sign-ups to managing their accounts. </li>
<li>Feedback Management: Gather and report member feedback to help improve our services. </li>
<li>Administrative Tasks: Manage customer data and documentation with accuracy. </li>
<li>Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally, always aiming to exceed expectations. </li>
<li>Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and stay up-to-date on best practices. </li>

Salary shown includes basic salary of RM2,000 along with an excellent commissions structure that can elevate your monthly earning to a realistic RM2800 monthly. Plus, enjoy double pay on selected public holidays, meaning you can earn more!
