<p>As a <strong>Digital Marketing Specialist</strong>, you'll play a key role in both <strong>performance marketing</strong> and <strong>marketing automation</strong>. You’ll work across paid ads platforms, lead generation funnels, and lifecycle channels to drive ROI for our clients.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<h4><strong>1. Paid Media Execution</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Plan and manage ad campaigns across <strong>Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopee, Lazada</strong>, etc.</li>
<li>Monitor and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.</li>
<li>Execute copywriting ads that align with our brands' tone of voice.</li>
<li>Work on ecommerce and lead gen accounts in <strong>Malaysia, Singapore</strong>, and beyond.<br></li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>2. Lead Gen &amp; Funnel Management</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Manage and execute conversion funnels for clients (e.g. landing pages, lead magnets, retargeting flows).</li>
<li>Collaborate on <strong>content and creatives</strong> to ensure high conversion rates from click to lead/customer.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal or client  teams to improve lead quality and tracking.<br></li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>3. Automation &amp; CRM Marketing</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Build and manage <strong>email &amp; WhatsApp automation flows</strong> for customer lifecycle (e.g. abandoned cart, lead nurture, post-purchase).</li>
<li>Use tools like <strong>Klaviyo, MailerLite, Kommo</strong> to set up and optimize journeys.</li>
<li>Segment and personalize based on customer behaviors and funnel position.<br></li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>4. Reporting &amp; Optimization</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Track campaign and automation performance using <strong>GA4, Meta Ads Manager, CRM dashboards</strong>, etc.</li>
<li>Generate weekly/monthly reports and surface insights for iteration and scaling.</li>
<li>Recommend A/B tests and optimisation opportunities to meet client’s objective.</li>
