We need someone who already treats AI as their creative co-pilot, not just a spell-checker. If you're using AI to ship 3x more content without burning out, we should talk.

At StoreHub, we're pioneering AI-powered marketing in Southeast Asia. We're not looking for AI-curious – we need someone who's already AI-capable and ready to push boundaries.

The Reality Check

This role requires proven AI fluency. By that, we mean:

• You use AI tools as naturally as you use Canva
• You've built personal workflows that save hours weekly
• You can show real examples of AI-amplified content
• You're already experimenting with advanced features

We're NOT expecting:

• Programming skills or AI architecture design
• Machine learning knowledge
• Enterprise AI platform experience
• Building complex AI systems from scratch

Job Requirements

What You'll Do

Create AI-Amplified Content at Scale

• Produce high-quality content across social media, blogs, paid ads, and videos – using AI to multiply your output without sacrificing quality
• Turn one merchant story into 20+ pieces of platform-optimized content
• Build and maintain prompt templates that ensure consistent brand voice
• Use AI for research, ideation, first drafts, and creative variations

Own Our Social Media Presence (With AI Enhancement)

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, and Spotify
• Use AI tools to identify trends, optimize posting times, and predict content performance
• Build semi-automated workflows for community management while maintaining authentic engagement
• Launch new channels with AI-first strategies

Drive Strategic Growth

• Partner with Product Marketing on GTM launches, using AI to accelerate content production
• Support Acquisition team with AI-generated ad variations and testing at scale
• Use data and AI insights to continuously optimize content strategy
• Run experiments 10x faster by leveraging AI for rapid iteration

Collaborate & Scale

• Work with video team on content shoots, then use AI to maximize footage value
• Share AI workflows and train team members on your best techniques
• Build reusable systems that make everyone more productive

What You Already Have

Must-Have Skills

• Proven AI fluency: Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for 6+ months
• Marketing excellence: 1+ years in social media, content creation, or related field
• Content creation skills: Strong writing, basic video editing, and design sense
• Platform mastery: Deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
• Malaysian market knowledge: Cultural nuances and what resonates locally
• Language skills: Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia

Must-Have AI Capabilities

• Show measurable productivity gains from AI use
• Comfortable with context & prompt engineering beyond basic queries
• Experience combining multiple AI tools for better outputs
• Already using AI for content ideation, creation, and optimization

Bonus Points

• Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages
• Advanced design skills (Adobe Suite)
• Experience with AI tools beyond ChatGPT (Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Runway, etc.)
• Built automation workflows using Zapier, Make, or similar
