Job Description

• In charge of Accounts Payable, Receivables and General Ledger.
•  Assist in preparing full set accounts.
•  Create periodic reports such as sales reports, balance sheets, income statement, cash flow statements and etc.
•  Responsible for day-to-day accounts and office administration works.
•  Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
•  Daily retail outlets settlement reconciliations.
•  Process staff claims.
•  Assist with preparation of year end audits & tax schedules.
•  Periodic stock take and stock report.
•  Assist superior on add hoc assignment.

Job Requirements

• Possess Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Business related discipline with minimum 3 yearsrelated working experience.
• Experience in SQL Accounting system and e-invoice implementation is a must.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and Word.
• Proficient in English and must be able to speak in mandarin, read and write in Chinese.
• Able to work under minimum supervision, having good attitude and willing to learn.
• Meticulous, attentive to details and disciplined.
