JOB DESCRIPTIONS: - Inspects on car park service machinery and devices, and reports any malfunction for it to be repaired. - Replenishes car park tickets at entry stations to ensure that they are well stocked. - Assists in directing the flow of traffic during peak periods. - Provides information and assistance to customers who have queries or are experiencing any difficulty (e.g., lost or faulty parking ticket). - Monitors the security of the car park via CCTV and by carrying out patrol duties. - Administers first aid to customers, if qualified and when necessary.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. - Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Prior experience in car park operations would be an added advantage. - Capacity to work in shifts. - Demonstrates ability to work in a team. - Willing to be based in Sunway Carnival Mall ( Seberang Jaya, Penang)
