Key Responsibilities: • Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strategic relationships with banks, non-bank financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders. • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients and contribute to revenue growth. • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business objectives, addressing inquiries, and providing timely support and guidance. • Product and Service Promotion: Educate clients on Credit Bureau Malaysia's products, services, and offerings, highlighting their value propositions and benefits. • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with client relationships. • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing regular reports and presentations to assess client satisfaction, retention, and overall business performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, business development, or sales within the financial services industry, preferably in fintech or credit reporting. • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. • Strong understanding of financial products, credit risk management, and regulatory compliance requirements. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
