Job Description

We are looking for fun and enthusiastic Game Masters! Below are some of the key responsibilities:

1. Set up and reset game rooms.
2. Conduct daily game testing.
3. Guide and assist customers through their game experience with enthusiasm.
4. Provide hints and support while maintaining the game excitement.
5. Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the outlet.
6. Monitor and enforce safety guidelines during gameplay.
7. Deliver excellent customer service.

Part Time: Up to 10.80/hour
Full Time: RM2000+ a month

1. Avenue K Shopping Mall
2. NU Sentral Mall
3. The LINC Mall
4. The Curve Mall

You are expected to:
1. Be a proficient SOP practitioner to ensure consistent procedures across international locations.
2. Cultivate a customer-oriented approach to guarantee satisfaction and positive experiences.
3. Responsibly perform assigned duties to contribute to a harmonious workplace.
4. Infuse energy into the role by being a fun-loving and engaging personality.
5. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the workplace to create a welcoming environment.

2. Customers oriented
3. Good attitude, willing to learn and open to feedback
