Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Maintain product knowledge and assist users with technical or transactional issues.
  • Monitor chats for fraud or suspicious activities.
  • Work closely with Risk, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth player management.
  • Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay 
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, the entertainment industry will be advantages.
  • Shift-based availability, including weekends or public holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
