Synergy Alliance Solutions Sdn. Bhd. was originally established in year 2018 as Synergy Alliance Marketing &amp; Events Sdn. Bhd. Before the pandemic, our company's primary focus was on digital marketing and events. However, we faced numerous challenges in carrying out marketing activities during this period.
In year 2022, the founder of our company, Dr. Alex Fong, decided to shift our focus to developing BigPos, a point-of-sale solution that revolutionizes retail operations. This strategic move led to our rebranding as Synergy Alliance Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
&nbsp;Our headquarters is located in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia, and we have expanded our presence with branches in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor, Pahang, Sabah, and Sarawak. Internationally, we have extended our reach to Singapore, Thailand, and Australia.&nbsp;

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding the needs of our clients and translating those requirements into technical specifications for our POS system. Your work will be essential in ensuring the effective implementation of POS solutions that meet our clients' objectives.
Responsibilities

<li>Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements for our solutions.</li>
<li>Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement within our solutions.</li>
<li>Technical Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and technical design documents.</li>
<li>System Testing: Responsible for the creation and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure that our systems meet business requirements and function correctly.</li>
<li>Support Implementation: Responsible during the implementation of our solutions, including user training and troubleshooting technical issues.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work with developers, QA teams, and other business analysts to ensure that technical solutions align with business needs.</li>
<li>Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our solutions functionalities and performance.</li>
<li>User Support: Responsible end-users with queries and issues related to our solutions.</li>
