Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Research and gather data from diverse sources to support financial analysis and decision-making processes.

• Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. 
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in financial analysis and real estate investment. 
• Utilize available resources and seek out new learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in financial analysis and real estate investment. 
• Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks in investment projects and propose solutions. 
• Contribute to the development and improvement of financial models, forecasting tools, and investment evaluation processes. 
• Support cross-functional teams and collaborate on special projects as assigned. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions. 
• Excellent research skills and the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools. 
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges. 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey complex financial concepts. 
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 
• Knowledge of real estate markets and investment principles is a plus.
