Job Description

📍 Location: IOI RIO, Bandar Puteri, Puchong
🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 10am - 6pm

Accounts

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR & GL
• Manage invoicing, collections, payments, and reconciliations
• Prepare journals, accruals, and month-end closing
• Support reporting, audit, tax, and statutory compliance
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc finance tasks

Payroll

• Manage to prepare monthly payroll
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirement ( EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB )
• Prepare and submit statutory contributions and related reports on time
• Maintain accurate employee records and confidentiality of payroll data
• Support management in any ad-hoc administrative or HR functions when needed.

Job Requirements

• A strong foundation in accounting, such as LCCI or Diploma in Accounting/Finance, is essential for this role.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating your ability to handle financial operations.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is necessary for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
