✨ Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries accurately and on time.
- Manage AR, AP, inventory, reconciliation, and essential accounting tasks (POs, invoices, payments, claims, e-invoicing, SST/withholding tax, statements).
- Keep accounting documents neatly organised (both softcopy & hardcopy).
- Assist in monthly reports, budgets, forecasts, tax prep, and audit schedules.
- Ensure compliance with MPERS, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support general admin and other ad-hoc tasks when needed.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent (fresh grads welcomed!).
- Proficient in SQL Accounting System, Microsoft Office & Excel.
- Good command of English, BM & Chinese.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, hardworking, and a strong team player.
- Able to work independently, stay organised, and meet deadlines.
- High integrity and a positive attitude.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is a plus.
