Do you have a passion for finding the perfect talent fit and a knack for creative sourcing? We're looking for a talented intern to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern – essentially, a Talent Strategist &amp; Researcher.
In this dynamic role, you'll gain valuable experience in the exciting world of recruitment, working alongside with the Cofounders. You'll go beyond posting ads – you'll be a key player in crafting targeted recruitment strategies, conducting in-depth research, and identifying top talent.
Here's what you'll do:

<li>Become a Recruitment Rockstar: Develop and manage recruitment campaigns across various platforms, attracting high-caliber candidates for our clients.</li>
<li>Partner for Success: Work closely with the Practice Director, immersing yourself in client needs, company culture, and strategic goals. This ensures our recruitment efforts are perfectly aligned.</li>
<li>Research Like a Pro: Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of the curve. Analyze industry trends, understand the competitive landscape, and identify talent pools to fuel targeted recruitment strategies.</li>
<li>Uncover Hidden Gems: Go beyond the usual job boards. Utilize creative channels and innovative methods to source the best talent for our clients.</li>
<li>Be a Social Media Guru: Enhance our online presence! Craft engaging blog posts, design social media content specifically targeted to the Talent Acquisition industry, and implement strategies to increase brand visibility.</li>
<li>Talent Mapping Masterclass: Develop your research skills by assisting with talent mapping and research activities. This includes analyzing clients, companies, competitors, and the broader market to inform strategic recruitment decisions.</li>
<li>Support the Dream Team: Provide efficient administrative support to the co-founders, ensuring data compliance and smooth recruitment operations.</li>
