Responsibilities:

<li>Develop, plan, and execute engaging content tailored for each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).</li>
<li>Manage day-to-day social media operations including posting, scheduling, community engagement, and responding to inquiries.</li>
<li>Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.</li>
<li>Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep IQI's content relevant and competitive.</li>
<li>Liaise with stakeholders from different functions and across borders to support their marketing initiatives through social media strategies and campaigns.</li>
<li>Assist in running paid advertising campaigns on social platforms, from targeting and ad creation to performance tracking and reporting.</li>
