- Support end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking candidates when required.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements and updates.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in HR, Business, or related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
