<p>Tapway is transforming brick-and-mortar business with end-to-end tracking solutions powered by AI and Big Data technologies.</p>
<p>Thus, we are looking for a Project Technician to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and maintain the ANPR cameras, servers, and software applications.</li>
<li>Perform routine system health checks, ensuring all components function correctly.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot hardware failures (cameras, network switches, cabling, etc.) and software errors.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to system alerts or reported issues from the mall’s management or users.</li>
<li>Conduct preventive maintenance and firmware/software updates as required.</li>
<li>Assist in vehicle entry/exit dispute resolutions by verifying ANPR records.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the senior technical support for complex issue resolution.</li>
<li>Maintain an on-site inventory of spare parts and tools needed for quick fixes.</li>
</ul>
