<p><a href="https://tattooing101.com" target="_self">Tattooing 101</a> has over 4,000 students from all over the world and 250,000 subscribers on Youtube. Due to the rapid expansion of the business, we are seeking a customer service/support person to join our growing team.</p>
<p>This role is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home, however this does change depending on what projects we have on. Our office is located in Damansara.</p>
<p>Working in a close knit team, you will be helping with a variety of support &amp; admin tasks.</p>

<h2><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Answering general support email enquires from students.</li>
<li>⁠Processing refunds, fixing payment issues and any disputes (PayPal and Stripe)</li>
<li>⁠Accept and decline requests on all the Facebook groups</li>
<li>⁠Remove courses and remove access for cancelled students</li>
<li>⁠moderate comments for social media platform such as FB, YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK</li>
<li>⁠assist with social media postings when needed especially for product launches</li>
<li>⁠assist the sales department by scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently</li>
<li>⁠assist in various other admin tasks as directed by the Directors</li>
</ul>
