<li>To handle full set of accounts.</li>
<li>Responsible for daily and monthly accounts processing related work.</li>
<li>Issue journals, update cash book, reconcile goods in transit and AP, PO reconciliation.</li>
<li>Preparation and submission of accounting report.</li>
<li>To ensure the bank reconciliation, invoices &amp; receipts, account receivable and payable are perform in good manner.</li>
<li>Responsible to keep track petty cash.</li>
<li>Responsible for the sorting and archiving of relevant vouchers or receipts.</li>
<li>Liaise with external parties such as Company Secretary, Tax Agents,  Bankers, Auditor when needed.</li>
<li>Any ad hoc task assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
