Job Description

 Role & Responsibilities: 

• Handling full set of accounts (Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger and Inventory) on day-to-day functions
• Verify invoices and other accounting documents
• To monitor expenses and expense forecasting
• Assist in general accounting activities (month-end closing and reporting)
• Deal with the bank and liaise with other departments/vendors.
• Monitor cash flow in the company. 
• Assist in financial statements, tax returns and other are complying with governmental and regulatory authority requirements
• Assist and provide administrative support to the manager
• IMPORTANT: Mandarin speakers encouraged to apply as you will be required to converse with Hiring Manager and Operations Team in Mandarin.

Job Requirements

•  Able to speak Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• Proficient in Malaysia accounting-related subjects and with government law and regulations.
• Good analytical and communication skills
• At least 2-3 years of working experience
• Candidates that able to start IMMEDIATELY will be highly preferred
• Mandarin speakers will be prioritised.
