&nbsp;Role &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;

<li>Handling full set of accounts (Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger and Inventory) on day-to-day functions</li>
<li>Verify invoices and other accounting documents</li>
<li>To monitor expenses and expense forecasting</li>
<li>Assist in general accounting activities (month-end closing and reporting)</li>
<li>Deal with the bank and liaise with other departments/vendors.</li>
<li>Monitor cash flow in the company.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in financial statements, tax returns and other are complying with governmental and regulatory authority requirements</li>
<li>Assist and provide administrative support to the manager</li>
<li>IMPORTANT: Mandarin speakers encouraged to apply as you will be required to converse with Hiring Manager and Operations Team in Mandarin.</li>
