Job Description
- Executing day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
- Providing administrative support to the Accounting team as needed.
- Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ad hoc tasks.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a Professional Accounting Certificate or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with SQL/AUTOCOUNT is an added advantage.
- Ability to read and write in Mandarin due to the nature of the job
