Job Description

A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate brand messages effectively. This role involves developing creative concepts, producing marketing materials, and ensuring consistent branding across digital and print platforms. The designer works closely with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality visual content.

Job Requirements

1. Creative Design & Branding

• Develop engaging visual concepts for marketing campaigns, branding projects, and digital content.
   
• Create logos, illustrations, icons, infographics, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.
   
• Ensure consistency of style, colors, and brand elements across all materials.
   

2. Digital Content Creation

• Design graphics for social media posts, ads, banners, websites, and email campaigns.
   
• Produce motion graphics, GIFs, and basic video edits (if applicable).
   

3. Print Design

• Create brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, business cards, and other print collateral.
   
• Prepare design files for print, ensuring accuracy in size, color, and format.
   

4. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand project requirements.
   
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
   
• Coordinate with external vendors—printers, photographers, agencies—when needed.
   

5. Software & Tools

• Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva.
   
• Maintain updated knowledge of design trends, tools, and technologies.
   

6. Review & Revisions

• Present design concepts to team members or clients.
   
• Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining design quality and integrity.
   

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (optional but preferred).
   
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showcasing design projects.
   
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
   
• Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color.
   
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
   
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
   
• Attention to detail and creativity.
   

Preferred Skills (Optional but Valuable)

• Knowledge of UI/UX design (Figma, Adobe XD).
   
• Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
   
• Illustration or hand-drawing skills.
