<h2>About the Role</h2>
We’re hiring a Full-time Content Creator who lives and breathes social. You spot trends early, turn ideas into scroll-stopping stories, and can take a concept from shot list to publish across multiple platforms.
<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Plan &amp; Produce: Ideate concepts, write hooks/captions, storyboard simple shot lists, and execute end-to-end content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu.</li>
<li>Shoot Video &amp; Photo: Capture high-quality vertical videos and photos on set, in studio, and on location. Confident with phone shooting; comfortable directing simple scenes and talents.</li>
<li>Edit for Platform Fit: Edit snappy Reels/TikToks and carousels using CapCut and Canva; optimize pacing, text overlays, sound, and thumbnails.</li>
<li>On-Camera Optional: Comfortable appearing on camera for simple explainers, skits, or VO when needed.</li>
<li>Brand Consistency: Maintain each client’s tone, visual style, and guidelines across all deliverables.</li>
<li>Calendar &amp; Rollout: Manage content calendars, prep assets, schedule posts, and ensure timely publishing.</li>
<li>Performance &amp; Iteration: Track results, learn what hits, and refine creative based on insights.</li>
</ul>
