Job Description

 

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in choosing products that best fit their needs.
  • Handle sales transactions including invoicing, payments, and recording sales data.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail area and product displays.
  • Check product stock levels and assist in stock arrangement or receiving goods.
  • Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and customer feedback to the supervisor or manager.

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Neat appearance, customer-oriented, and proactive attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on weekends or according to shift schedules.
