We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative and committed Senior Fashion Designer to join our growing team. If you're passionate about fashion and enjoy turning concepts into reality, we want to hear from you. You'll have to be able to

• Develop moodboards for fashion lines
• Perform market analysis and identify trends
• Design seasonal collections around specific concepts
• Compile comprehensive technical sheets
• Produce technical drawings using Illustrator or similar programs
• Identify and allocate fabrics for development
• Supervise the sampling and production workflow
• Assign and oversee patterns for the sewing team
• Maintain organization of clothing patterns and technical construction documentation

Job Requirements

- A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline
- At least 4 years of experience in fashion design or a comparable position
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
- Competence in hand sketching and visually articulating design concepts
- Strong conceptual thinking abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Keen awareness of color, style, and silhouette
- Capable of efficiently managing time and juggling multiple projects
- Highly organized and proactive when addressing challenges
- Openness to travel for sourcing, research, and development purposes
