As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and initiatives. Your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be instrumental in executing data-driven marketing campaigns, analyzing customer data, and delivering personalized experiences. You will collaborate with multiple markets &amp; brands to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
<ins>Develop and Implement CRM Strategies:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Create and implement CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.</li>
<li>Utilize Salesforce to segment customer data and create targeted marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Work closely with the market &amp; brand team to define customer segmentation and personalize marketing communications.</li>
</ul>
<ins>Execute Data-Driven Marketing Campaigns:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Design, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement, and provide recommendations for optimization.</li>
</ul>
<ins>Customer Data Management:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM system (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).</li>
<li>Perform data enrichment to ensure data quality and improve targeting capabilities.</li>
</ul>
<ins>Analyze Customer Insights:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Use analytical tools to analyze customer data, such as demographics, purchase behaviour, and engagement metrics, to identify key insights.</li>
<li>Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and performance indicators.</li>
</ul>
<ins>Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of CRM initiatives with overall business goals.</li>
<li>Support marketing campaigns by providing expertise in data analysis and segmentation.</li>
