Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices for container repair and maintenance services 
  • Verify M&R estimates, job orders, and supporting documents prior to billing 
  • Coordinate with operations, surveyors, and customers on billing matters 
  • Handle invoice queries, discrepancies, and follow-ups efficiently 
  • Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with agreed tariffs and procedures 


Job Requirements

 Diploma in related field 

  • Preferable 1–2 years of experience in logistics/depot invoicing or M&R operations 
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and invoicing sytems 
  • Good communication and coordination skills 

Technical & System Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
  • Experience with depot management systems or logistics software is an advantage 
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and generate operational reports 
  1. Coordination & Communication Skills
  • Strong coordination skills to liaise with drivers, contractors, shipping lines, and internal departments 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage) 
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently

  • Ability to multitask and manage daily depot activities under tight timelines 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Capable of troubleshooting operational challenges and proposing effective solutions

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment 
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
