Job Purpose
To develop, implement and manage data-driven digital marketing campaigns that promote the company's products, strengthen brand awareness, drive online engagement and generate sales across multiple platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals, product launches and brand positioning.
- Plan, implement and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns including social media, email, SEO/SEM and paid advertising.
- Evaluate and interpret campaign data to determine what strategies are effective or underperforming, recommending improvements to maximize ROI and engagement.
- Manage and optimize affiliate marketing initiatives such as TikTok Shop/Affiliate partnerships to drive sales and brand collaborations.
- Continuously test, measure and refine campaign approaches based on analytics insights, audience behaviour and competitor benchmarking.
- Oversee integrated campaigns combining digital, content, influencer and PR elements to achieve cohesive brand and sales objectives.
- Content Creation & Management
- Lead creative direction and conceptualization of digital content that highlights product benefits, recipes, cooking tips and brand values
- Craft compelling storylines and narratives across marketing campaigns to build emotional connection and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers and copywriters to produce high-quality, visually engaging brand storytelling materials.
- Curate and leverage user-generated content, customer testimonials, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand credibility
- Incorporate innovative multimedia elements (visuals, short videos, reels and interactive formats) to enhance content variety and engagement.
- E-commerce & Online Sales
- Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings on online marketplaces and company website.
- Create promotional campaigns to drive online sales and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop digital strategies for B2B and B2C channels.
- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Engage actively with followers such as responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends and audience behaviour in the food and FMCG industry to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Build, nurture and moderate online brand communities to increase customer loyalty and advocacy.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Management & Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize all paid and organic digital campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads and other campaigns.
- Conduct keyword and competitor research to improve website ranking, visibility and search performance.
- Implement SEO best practices across digital content, website and online marketplaces.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, others.) to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance metrics across websites, social media, and digital campaigns using analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing key marketing KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion and ROI.
- Build performance dashboards and automate reporting processes for continuous insights.
- Present data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Use findings to prioritize and refine future marketing strategies for improved performance and efficiency.
- Brand Management & Market Research
- Ensure consistent brand identity and tone across all digital touchpoints.
- Support brand-building initiatives and PR activities to enhance Puteri's market presence and visibility.
- Draft press releases, coordinate media outreach and manage digital PR efforts to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Monitor and manage online brand sentiment, reviews and media mentions to stregthen digital reputation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand consumer preferences, digital behaviour and emerging trends in the food industry.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with R&D team to support new product launches.
- Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to align digital campaigns with retail activations.
- Liaise with external agencies, influencers and content creators.
- Support offline marketing activities through digital amplification
