To develop, implement and manage data-driven digital marketing campaigns that promote the company's products, strengthen brand awareness, drive online engagement and generate sales across multiple platforms.

Roles &amp; Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy &amp; Campaign Management
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals, product launches and brand positioning.</li>
<li>Plan, implement and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns including social media, email, SEO/SEM and paid advertising.</li>
<li>Evaluate and interpret campaign data to determine what strategies are effective or underperforming, recommending improvements to maximize ROI and engagement.</li>
<li>Manage and optimize affiliate marketing initiatives such as TikTok Shop/Affiliate partnerships to drive sales and brand collaborations.</li>
<li>Continuously test, measure and refine campaign approaches based on analytics insights, audience behaviour and competitor benchmarking.</li>
<li>Oversee integrated campaigns combining digital, content, influencer and PR elements to achieve cohesive brand and sales objectives.</li>

- Content Creation &amp; Management
<ul>
<li>Lead creative direction and conceptualization of digital content that highlights product benefits, recipes, cooking tips and brand values</li>
<li>Craft compelling storylines and narratives across marketing campaigns to build emotional connection and audience engagement.</li>
<li>Collaborate with designers, videographers and copywriters to produce high-quality, visually engaging brand storytelling materials.</li>
<li>Curate and leverage user-generated content, customer testimonials, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand credibility</li>
<li>Incorporate innovative multimedia elements (visuals, short videos, reels and interactive formats) to enhance content variety and engagement.</li>

- E-commerce &amp; Online Sales
<ul>
<li>Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings on online marketplaces and company website.</li>
<li>Create promotional campaigns to drive online sales and increase conversion rates.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales team to develop digital strategies for B2B and B2C channels.</li>

- Social Media Management
<ul>
<li>Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.</li>
<li>Engage actively with followers such as responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.</li>
<li>Monitor social media trends and audience behaviour in the food and FMCG industry to capitalize on emerging opportunities.</li>
<li>Build, nurture and moderate online brand communities to increase customer loyalty and advocacy.</li>

- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Management &amp; Performance Marketing
<ul>
<li>Manage and optimize all paid and organic digital campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads and other campaigns.</li>
<li>Conduct keyword and competitor research to improve website ranking, visibility and search performance.</li>
<li>Implement SEO best practices across digital content, website and online marketplaces.</li>
<li>Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, others.) to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.</li>

- Analytics &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Track and analyze performance metrics across websites, social media, and digital campaigns using analytics tools.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly reports detailing key marketing KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion and ROI.</li>
<li>Build performance dashboards and automate reporting processes for continuous insights.</li>
<li>Present data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Use findings to prioritize and refine future marketing strategies for improved performance and efficiency.</li>

- Brand Management &amp; Market Research
<ul>
<li>Ensure consistent brand identity and tone across all digital touchpoints.</li>
<li>Support brand-building initiatives and PR activities to enhance Puteri's market presence and visibility.</li>
<li>Draft press releases, coordinate media outreach and manage digital PR efforts to maintain a positive brand reputation.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage online brand sentiment, reviews and media mentions to stregthen digital reputation.</li>
<li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand consumer preferences, digital behaviour and emerging trends in the food industry.</li>
</ul>
- Collaboration &amp; Coordination
<ul>
<li>Work closely with R&amp;D team to support new product launches.</li>
<li>Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to align digital campaigns with retail activations.</li>
<li>Liaise with external agencies, influencers and content creators.</li>
<li>Support offline marketing activities through digital amplification</li>
</ul>
