Job Description

1. Store Operations & Sales Achievement

• Lead and motivate the Sales Associate team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Create a weekly staff schedule to ensure optimal coverage at the island booth.
• Ensure the store environment is always clean, presentable, and aligned with HMNS brand experience.

2. Data, Reporting & Finance Administration

• Oversee daily stock opname process, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Manage petty cash usage and ensure proper documentation for finance.
• Compile and submit daily sales reports to the Area Coordinator and Finance team.

3. Customer Experience Excellence

• Serve customers according to HMNS service values: Romantic, Warm, Personal, and Be Remembered.
• Handle customer inquiries, product explanations, and complaint resolutions professionally.

4. Store Performance Analysis

• Analyze customer traffic, product performance (slow & fast moving), and buying patterns.
• Monitor and improve product display and booth visual merchandising.
• Provide weekly insights to the Area Coordinator regarding store performance and improvement points.
  
  

5. Coordination with TRX Mall Management

• Communicate with the TRX mall team regarding operational terms & conditions, maintenance, or any arising issues.
• Act as the liaison to ensure HMNS store follows mall compliance and regulation.
  
  

6. SOP Implementation & Compliance

• Implement and ensure all HMNS Offline Store SOPs are executed properly.
• Conduct routine checks with team members to ensure compliance.
• Provide coaching or corrective actions when SOP deviations occur.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 28 years old.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Store Supervisor in retail or beauty industry.
• Familiar with the fragrance/beauty industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Able to operate laptop and proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and reporting). 
• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented personality, and high attention to detail.
• Willing to work in TRX Mall, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) with a mall-based working schedule (weekends & public holidays).
