Job Description

• Contact customers to remind them of outstanding payments on delinquent accounts.
• Convince and negotiate with customers to establish repayment plans
• Meet the monthly collection goals established by the company.
• Assist walk-in customers as required.
• Perform site visits for delinquent accounts based on specific criteria.
• Compile visitation reports detailing customer status.
• Ensure that collection activities adhere to company guidelines.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, banking, or a related discipline is required.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Capable of persuasive speaking and possessing strong listening abilities.
