We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Associate to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Manage and maintain the full set of accounts (AP, AR, G/L) accurately and timely.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow statements.</li>
<li>Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.</li>
<li>Review and verify supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment vouchers.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage account ageing reports and follow up on outstanding payments.</li>
<li>Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for audit, tax, and statutory matters.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.</li>
<li>Support management in any ad-hoc assignments when required. &nbsp;</li>
